PLEASE NOTE: Church Organizations will be charged an overtime fee of $50.00 (Fifty Dollars) per hour or fraction of an hour for events that end after 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday-Saturday and after 4:00 p.m. on Sunday.

FUNDRAISING It is the policy of the Board of Trustees that Church boards, clubs, circles, committees and auxiliary organizations may not conduct sales or fundraising appeals without the specific approval of the Board of Trustees. This is to ensure that there are no conflicts with planned fundraising activities being considered or approved by the Church Council, Board of Trustees or another board, club, circle, committee or auxiliary organization. A proposal must be submitted to the Board, approved, and a date will be cleared on the Church calendar. The Board will consult with the ministers and Church Council before final approval is granted.
